Front Entrance Construction Starting
We are excited to share that the front entrance and community lot entrance renovation is starting very soon (likely the first week of November)! The Board formalized a funding strategy using our existing cash surplus, ensuring this project requires no dues increase or special assessment.

The Board completed a final review of the updated ARC Guidelines, focusing on streamlining the process for homeowners. The Board will review the guidelines at the Annual Meeting.

2027 Budget Approved
The Board formally approved the 2027 operating budget. To ensure total transparency, a dedicated line item was added to fund the landscaping completion phase of the Front Entrance project using our existing operating funds.
