How to Submit an ARC Request
All architectural and landscaping change requests should be submitted directly to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
Recommended Method: FrontSteps Portal
For the most streamlined processing and tracking, please submit your completed application and all supporting documents (including surveys and photos) through the community portal: duncansridgehoa.frontsteps.com. Our system is set up to immediately alert the committee once your request is uploaded.
Alternative Method: Direct Email
If you are unable to use the portal, you may alternatively email your completed application and supporting documents (as attachments) to: duncansridgearc@gmail.com.
