    April Board Meeting Minutes Now Available

    Hello Homeowners,

    We are pleased to announce that the official meeting minutes for our April HOA Directors meeting are now available. You can read the full document here: Documents Page.

    Our primary goal this year is to keep everyone more informed and aware of the business being conducted on behalf of the neighborhood. In case you don’t have time to read the full minutes, here are a few key highlights from this month’s meeting:

    • Front Entrance Project: The Board is currently awaiting initial design ideas and bid sheets, with a dedicated team actively researching options to move this project forward.
    • Traffic & Safety: Good news! A new 4-way stop at Duncan’s Ridge Way and Lauraca Lane is scheduled to be installed by the developers of the new Hazel Ridge neighborhood when their construction begins.
    • Community Lot & Summer Social: The Board approved a plan to improve the community lot posts and add a liability sign. We are also beginning early research for a mid-June community social—potentially featuring an ice cream truck!
    • Management Accountability: To ensure proper follow-up on neighborhood standards, CAS Management is now required to provide a status update email to the Board within 72 hours of every monthly community drive-through.

    March HOA Meeting Minutes

    March Board Meeting Minutes Now Available

    Hello Homeowners,

    We are pleased to announce that the official meeting minutes for our March HOA Directors meeting are now available. You can read the full document here: Documents Page.

    Our primary goal this year is to keep everyone more informed and aware of the business being conducted on behalf of the neighborhood. In case you don’t have time to read the full minutes, here are a few key highlights from this month’s meeting:

    • Better Communication: The Board established a strict 48-business-hour response time expectation (SLA) with CAS Management for all homeowner inquiries.
    • Violations Update: CAS is currently auditing open violations and will be required to include photos and cite specific guidelines on future notices.
    • ARC Requests: The primary method for submitting Architectural/Landscaping requests is now through the FrontSteps portal for faster processing.
    • 2026 Budget & Front Entrance: The 2026 budget has been officially ratified, and the Board is moving forward with discovery and quotes for the Front Entrance project!
