HOA Board Meeting

If you would like to add a specific item to the agenda, please email carol@casnc.com and president.drhoa@gmail.com a week prior to the meeting so the item can be added to the agenda, if possible. Thank you!
The HOA Board meeting includes an open forum section (generally 5-15 minutes) for homeowner feedback and comments that the board will take under consideration. After the open forum, homeowners are welcome to observe the meeting until the board goes into executive closed session. The board looks forward to homeowners attendance.
