March Board Meeting Minutes Now Available

Hello Homeowners,

We are pleased to announce that the official meeting minutes for our March HOA Directors meeting are now available. You can read the full document here: Documents Page.

Our primary goal this year is to keep everyone more informed and aware of the business being conducted on behalf of the neighborhood. In case you don’t have time to read the full minutes, here are a few key highlights from this month’s meeting:

• Better Communication: The Board established a strict 48-business-hour response time expectation (SLA) with CAS Management for all homeowner inquiries.
• Violations Update: CAS is currently auditing open violations and will be required to include photos and cite specific guidelines on future notices.
• ARC Requests: The primary method for submitting Architectural/Landscaping requests is now through the FrontSteps portal for faster processing.
• 2026 Budget & Front Entrance: The 2026 budget has been officially ratified, and the Board is moving forward with discovery and quotes for the Front Entrance project!
