DESCRIPTION:Board Meeting Agenda:\n\nAgenda for July 18th\, 2017\n\nIf you would like to attend a monthly board meeting\, please email carol@casnc.com a week prior to the meeting\, so the board can ensure there is adequate space and seating to accommodate. \nBoard members typically host the monthly meetings in their homes to avoid additional costs to the HOA\, but if needed meeting space can be reserved. The meeting includes an open forum section (generally 5-15 minutes) for homeowner feedback and comments that the board will take under consideration. After the open forum\, homeowners are welcome to observe the meeting until the board goes into executive closed session. \nThe board looks forward to homeowners attendance.
